Do you already have a Canva account with a
personal (non-eXp) email address? You can copy a
design from your existing account to the new eXp
Enterprise account by sharing an editable version
of your design.
Enter the email address of the account you
want to send the copy to.
Click Send.

Yes, Canva Enterprise makes it easy to collaborate. You can share designs with other agents for
feedback or collaboration, making team projects and peer reviews simple and efficient. For
step by step instructions on sharing your designs, see here.
Can I access Canva Enterprise from my mobile device?
Yes, Canva Enterprise is accessible from both desktop and mobile devices, allowing you
to design on the go. Simply download the Canva app and log in with your eXp email login
credentials.
Can I request new templates or updates to existing templates?
Absolutely! We encourage feedback on templates and welcome ideas for new ones. You can
submit requests via our designated feedback form here, and our creative team will consider
them for future updates.
Are there any limits on storage or number of designs I can create in Canva Enterprise?
With Canva Enterprise, you’ll enjoy expanded storage and the freedom to create as many
designs as you need. There’s no cap on creativity!
Is there an MLS integration available in Canva Enterprise?
Yes, eXp’s Canva Enterprise account includes exclusive access to the custom-built eXp Listings
app, allowing you to easily pull property details and photos directly into your designs. This
makes creating property marketing materials faster and more efficient. To access the app,
follow the instructions outlined here.
With AMPs (Automated Marketing Packages) gone via the Marketing Center, how can I
promote my listings effectively?
Canva Enterprise offers a variety of customizable templates specifically designed for listing
promotions. You can easily create high-quality marketing materials, such as social media posts,
flyers, and property brochures, all aligned with eXp’s branding. Additionally, with the eXp
Listings app, you can pull in listing details directly into your designs, making it quick to build
professional, eye-catching materials.
What should I do now that listing kits and buyer kits aren’t available?
While the specific listing and buyer kits are no longer available for purchase, you can recreate similar materials using Canva’s versatile template library. We’ve prepared templates that cover essential marketing assets like property brochures, buyer presentations, and listing presentations.
How can I handle direct mail campaigns without the old tools?
Canva Enterprise provides downloadable, print-ready formats, allowing you to create direct
mail materials, such as postcards and flyers, that you can send to a professional printer or a
direct mail service provider of your choice. Canva also includes a 'Print' feature, so you can
order high-quality prints directly from Canva and have them delivered to your address. This
allows you to continue leveraging direct mail as part of your marketing strategy.
Does Canva integrate with kvCORE?
At this time, Canva does not integrate with kvCORE. Canva will always offer the most up-to-
date marketing materials, managed by the eXp Marketing team for you to leverage as part of
your strategy.
I already pay for a Canva Pro account, can I cancel that and get refunded?
Once you have gained access to eXp’s Enterprise account, you’ll first want to transfer any content
from your personal account into the new Enterprise account. Instructions here. Then, you will be
able to cancel your existing personal account & be refunded accordingly.
If you are paying for a Canva account monthly, please follow the steps below to Cancel:
- Login to your Canva team
- On the homepage, go to Account Settings.
- Select Billing & plans.
- On your plan, select (More actions).
- Select Request cancellation.
If you have already paid the year in full for your Canva account, please contact Canva customer
service using the following link. Please include a copy of your invoice or the order/receipt ID if you
purchased your plan from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Select- Issue Category- Payments, Pricing, and Billing
- Select- Issue- I want to cancel, pause, or change my plan.
- Description of Issue- “Hi Canva Support, can you cancel my personal Canva subscription? I
am joining my employer’s enterprise account. Can you please provide a refund for any
outstanding balances?”
Why is the eXp Listings app available as a Beta version?
The eXp Listings app will launch in Beta for the first 60 days, providing an opportunity for
users to explore its features and share valuable feedback through this form. Your input will
help us address any issues and refine the app before its official release in early 2025. Stay
tuned for updates on the upgraded version, which will be available for re-download in 2025.
